Medical Marijuana Cards
A medical marijuana card is NOT required in Louisiana, Mississippi, or Texas, however, The Healing Clinics offer a participant card as a courtesy to our patients. Ask one of our staff for a participant card if you’re interested in receiving one as our gift to you.
Texas Medical Marijuana Cards
Texas does not require a medical marijuana card, but the state does require the patient have a diagnosed qualifying condition. Texas has pickup locations throughout the state where patients can pick up their products. Dispensaries have products online for patients to browse and purchase. Once selections have been made, a pickup location close to the patient will be identified.
Louisiana Medical Marijuana Cards
Louisiana does not require a medical marijuana card. The Healing Clinics recommends that patients keep products in the original packaging and carry a copy of their recommendation to prove their participation in the program.
Mississippi Medical Marijuana Cards
Mississippi does not provide a physical version of the medical marijuana card. Patients must first be diagnosed with a qualifying condition by a certified healthcare practitioner and then complete an online application with the Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH). Once approved and processed, the state will provide a digital participant’s card for the patient.
