The Healing Clinics Patient Portal is a HIPAA-compliant, secure platform used by clients to manage various aspects of their care with their practitioner. It provides a convenient way to view upcoming appointments, request new appointments (via chat), complete paperwork, make payments, securely communicate with your practitioner, and access your documents, including a copy of your recommendation for your records.
Clients can view or cancel upcoming appointments through the portal.
The portal allows for secure communication with the practitioner, enabling clients to ask questions, provide updates, or discuss concerns.
Clients can access all their paperwork — including recommendation, intake forms, and consent forms- directly through the portal.
The portal allows clients to view their billing statements and view a complete history of their payments.
Clients can opt in to receive email, text, or voice reminders for upcoming appointments or other important events.
When you become a patient of The Healing Clinics, you’ll receive a Welcome email with a link to the Patient Portal. You can then log in using that link.
Be sure to bookmark the page once you’ve logged in so you can access it more easily next time.
